NDP ties CPC (non-communist) for first place in popular support. Notably, this isn't because people like the NDP more, it's because people like the non-communist party less. But it's still good news in the general sense that the CPC(non-communist) are the third-worst party in general and the worst major party.
(Translating for Americans: Imagine that Dennis Kucinich's way-further-left brother just tied Obama in the polls, and that Republicans don't exist. That's kind of what Canada looks like right now.)
