I think the bulb gets *really* hot, and transmits the heat via the wires.

I don't know. I didn't invent it, and my abdominal brain quivers in fear at the idea of trying it out in person.

Heat loss over the length of the wire would be too great. I'd suggest that there's a resistor in the probe and that the bulb and the probe are connected to the same switch. The light would merely indicate that the current is flowing and the probe is gently roasting the True Male Brain.

If an artificial (warm) finger up the jacksie does that sort of thing for you, of course.

Isn't the usual cure for hysteria a slap in the face, or maybe some cold water? I mean, I know the idea is to shock them into some sense, and unexpectedly inserted dildos would indeed fulfill that function, but...

I found the following particularly amusing:

I mean, unless my prostate has somehow become mounted externally, I really don't think there will be a freezing problem. Or if there is, I think I'll be worrying about some other internal bit first. Just sayin'.
