From the "Did not get it" choir: What, because the spread and the postures and everyone being focused on him at the center echoes the Last Supper picture or something?

Also, from the "have not seen anything beyond Season 3" choir: Are the three Cottages still in any way prominent in the series, or is this an old promo-photo?

Yes, because it's The Last Supper but with House.

And Chase's look implies that this is an old photo, but all of those characters are prominently involved in the show up until the last episode I'm aware of.
